CORNING | Rain didn’t halt many from taking a look at the latest Alley Art Project, a mural outside of the Cap’n Morgan’s, and later enjoying a special Rockwell Museum 40th Anniversary exhibition Friday during an Urban Arts Crawl.
More than 100 people attended the ribbon-cutting event unveiling the mural at the start of the Arts Crawl.
“I’m very grateful they chose to do such an important mural, especially with artist Virgil Ortiz in town,” said Denise Morgan, Cap’n Morgan’s owner. “It’s been a fun week working with everybody and seeing progress.”
