Compeer of the Family Services of Chemung County is a model, mental health community based mentoring program serving adults who are recovering from mental health illness and youth at risk.
Compeer serves at-risk youth through supportive friendships and mentoring relationships.
Program: The Circle of Friends Program
Circle of Friends is a program that involves one-on-one and group educational activities during the lunch hour held in the Elmira elementary schools.
